The best!
January
Pros: Learning opportunities, dining, professionalism of the crew and staff, ship size
Cons: none
Recommended: Yes
The passengers for the most part are very friendly. We don't have any desire to sail with any other cruise line.

Crystal Serenity is back
September
Pros: Updated cabins, excellent cuisine (especially Umi Uma, the Nobu restaurant, and Waterside, the main dining room), and friendly staff (80% of whom have returned to Crystal). Stardust Club has become a successful supper club venue.
Cons: The Italian restaurant is starkly lit and has a new menu without many of the favorite dishes of Prego. The Lounge, filling the space formerly used as a casino, is underwhelming as a place for board games and puzzles.
Recommended: No
